Welcome to Learning Disabilities Association of Hawaii (LDAH) Membership and Donation page! We look forward to your support and welcome you to the LDAH family. Your membership and donations are extremely important to us. Donating to LDAH and supporting us through your membership is crucial to fulfilling our mission: “To enhance education, work and life opportunities for children and youth with disabilities by empowering them and their families through information, training and mentoring, and by public outreach and advocacy.” Your LDAH membership and donations CAN make a big difference in the lives of children and young adults with a disability.

Since 1968 LDAH has been serving Hawaii’s population of children and young adults with disabilities on Oahu and the Neighbor Islands. Our services provide important resources for families and professionals including:

● Responses to thousands of calls annually for information and assistance
● Referrals for professional services
● Advocacy for school children with disabilities
● Distribution of educational materials
● Statewide trainings with the latest information about disabilities
● Tips on where to go for assistance with advocacy, screening and detection
